To design and produce a quarterly customer newsletter. The client wanted to communicate all the offers and news to the existing customer base, building loyalty and securing trust in the company and its services.


Copywriting, layout design, photography and printing. Also creating an e-blast to the customer database to invite click-throughs to the digital version of the newsletter and offers on the website, building website traffic.


Consistent design from newsletter to digital to website. Builds brand awareness and brand loyalty in an increasingly competitive market.
